Overnight Support
As an NCS and Postpartum Doula, I will be present for up to five 8-12 hour shifts per week of overnight support where I can help with various needs. I generally provide newborn care overnight, supporting you in taking the baby while you sleep, waking them, changing, and feeding (or bringing baby to you to feed!), and using gentle approaches to get your baby back to sleep in a timely manner. During their sleep, if time allows, I can tend to some household duties and postpartum support such as family laundry, cleaning baby bottles and/or pump parts, bagging milk, meal prep and general home clean up. I can assure you will feel much more rested knowing your baby is in safe and confident hands just a room away!

Daytime Support
Are you looking for a postpartum doula for day time support? I offer 2 days per week of daytime postpartum support to help you get settled in after welcoming your brand new baby. Having a new baby can make simple household tasks challenging. My goals to support you during the day would include general house pick up, family and household laundry, meal prep, postpartum and body feeding related needs, and caring for the baby so you can shower, nap, or just have some time to have a coffee or meal to yourself. Daytime postpartum shifts will be 4-6 hours long per shift, and most families find the first 2-6 weeks the most helpful!
